Software Development Lead

Job Duties:
- Lead the software develop team and liaise with project team to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget
- Provide technical design and recommendations for developmental projects and existing software
- Design, develop and delegate tasks to technical team and external parties for web / mobile / automation applications and solutions
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and upgrade existing software and third-party programs
- Create technical standards and procedures, test plans, deployment plan, technical documentation and reporting
- Responsible for system maintenance and application support
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree, Associate Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- 5+ years relevant experience in web / mobile apps / automation application development
- Solid knowledge in Python, ML, NLP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, React / React Native and its libraries
- Solid knowledge in SQL / noSQL and other database (e.g. MySQL/MsSQL/MongoDb/Node.js)
- Akin to cloud software development in CI/CD, IoT, Kubernetes (K8s), API gateways
- Hands on experience in M365 and Power Platforms, RPA
- Capable to lead a team of software developers
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyse data
- Self-motivated, strong communication and willing to learn
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Immediate available is preferred
