Being a Leader: Our Sustainability Approach

Our Sustainability Framework

Our sustainability matters are managed and monitored by the Sustainability Steering Committee (‘the Committee’) spearheaded by the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer. The Committee devises and reviews the Company’s sustainability direction and strategy, and reports to the Board of Directors. Striving for effective implementation of sustainability strategy, the ESG Working Group (‘Working Group’) is formed by representatives from business units and departments of the Company to facilitate conveyance of commitment, drive related work, and ensure continuous performance improvement.

To manage quality, environmental and occupational safety and health (OSH) performance, the Group has an established Integrated Management System which is certified under ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015 and ISO 45001: 2018 standards. Striving for operational excellence, the Group formulates quality, environmental and OSH management targets and objectives approved by the CEO.
