Assistant Administration Manager


Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small team to manage day-to-day tendering and quotation activities; and to provide a quality on-time submission with smooth process and efficient.
  • Lead the collaboration and communication with stakeholders to optimize tender strategy. Tracking result and analysis.
  • Handling insurance, surety bond and all contract documents in compliance with services contract and agreement.
  • Provide administration support to Superiors and Operation team to cater operation needs.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondences, inquiries and complaints.
  • Prepare meeting minutes, monthly reports, and analysis reports.
  • Carry out ad-hoc tasks as assigned by direct supervisor.

To assist the implementation of plastics recycling project in Hong Kong
Explore new collection points among commercial, industrial and residential premises into the network
Coordinate the collection logistics from the network to our recycling facilities
Liaise with clients and front-line staff to ensure the smoothness of operations
Prepare quotations and contracts, translation of documents, project presentation materials, reports and invoice, et·         Lead a small team to manage day-to-day tendering and quotation activities; and to provide a quality on-time submission with smooth process and efficie·         Lead the collaboration and communication with stakeholders to optimize tender strategy. Tracking result and analysis.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration/Project Management/Horticulture or related disciplines with 3 years supervisory experience.
  • Minimum 8 years of working experience in project management with at least 5 years solid knowledge and experience in project management or tender bidding.   
  • Good knowledge of contract management practices.
  • A good team player with good problem-solving, analytical, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and fast Chinese Word Processing
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to deal with all levels of customers, vendors and stakeholders.
  • Able to work under pressure, independently and multitask to meet tight deadlines.
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Administration Officer.
