Vacancy - Assistant Administration Officer

Assistant Administration Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for cleaning / pest control / waste management services projects
  • To handle incoming enquiries & complaints
  • To handle the contractual documents, including preparing contracts & quotations, permits, insurances, reports, minutes, billing materials, etc
  • To work closely with internal and external parties to keep up daily operation
  • To maintain CRM system records and other filing works
  • To assist superior in other administrative works and ad-hoc tasks

 Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma holder or above in any discipline
  • At least 4 years experience in administrative works
  • Independent, detail-minded, self-initiative and good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken in Chinese & English
  • Proficiency in PC knowledge, including MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Immediate availability is preferred
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Administration Assistant
