Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support in Compensation & Benefit function
  • Handle and maintain the filing system, HR database, and records
  • Responsible for updating and maintaining the attendance records
  • Assist in participating in ad-hoc projects in other functions as required

Requirements:

  • F. 5 or above
  • At least 1-year clerical experience is preferred
  • Self-motivated with a positive working attitude and a meticulous eye for details
  • With strong communication & interpersonal skills, able to work independently and under pressure
  • Good PC skills (MS Word, Excel, Chinese WP)
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
