Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Preparing training materials and conduct in-house training programs, including orientation program for new joiners, supervisory training and external training classes
- Participate in formulating, revising and updating the monthly and annual training plans and calendar to meet both short and long term learning and organizational development needs of the company
- Maintain training attendance records and other documentation
- Responsible for promotional and internal communication materials related to training
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or Associate Degree Holder or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in HR field, preferably in a sizable organization or labor-intensive industry
- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
- Good computer knowledge of MS Office Applications and Chinese Word Processing
- Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, well-organized with can-do attitude
