Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing training materials and conduct in-house training programs, including orientation program for new joiners, supervisory training and external training classes
  • Participate in formulating, revising and updating the monthly and annual training plans and calendar to meet both short and long term learning and organizational development needs of the company
  • Maintain training attendance records and other documentation
  • Responsible for promotional and internal communication materials related to training

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or Associate Degree Holder or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines 
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in HR field, preferably in a sizable organization or labor-intensive industry
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Good computer knowledge of MS Office Applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, well-organized with can-do attitude
