Accounting Clerk


Job Responsibilities

  • Handle Accounts payable.
  • Handle reimbursement of staff claims
  • Preparation of customer’s invoice, generate customer’s statement
  • Carry out billing activities including data entry work 
  • Perform general duties such as filing and data entry perform general duties such as filing and data entry
  • Assist in other projects and duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma in Accounting or LCCI third level or equivalent with 1 year of relevant experience
  • Detail-minded, self-motivated, willing to learn, and able to work under the timeline
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Chinese Word processing 
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Accounting Assistant
