About the Sustainability Report
Since 2015, Baguio has been reporting its actions for and achievements in promoting sustainable development to its stakeholders. We are pleased to present our 8th Sustainability Report ('Environmental, Social and Governance Report'), which reaffirms ourcommitment to create a positive impact on the society and the environment.
This report is prepared in compliance with ESG Reporting Guidelines set out in Appendix 27 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “Stock Exchange”). The British Standards Institution (“BSI”) has provided independent external assurance for the disclosures made in this report under the AA1000 Assurance Standard v3 (“AA1000AS v3”). The reliability of specified sustainability performance information/data disclosed in the Report has been evaluated.
Reporting Period and Scope
This report discloses the Group’s performance and initiatives on environmental and social aspects from 1 January to 31 December 2022 (“the reporting period”). The report covers performance and actions of the Group and all its subsidiaries unless otherwise mentioned.
