Baguio’s breakthroughs and achievements are made possible by the united efforts of all colleagues. Our annually celebration not only highlights the company’s fruitful achievements over the past year but also serves as a moment to recognize everyone’s hard work and dedication. Recently, we hosted a grand anniversary dinner, bringing together approximately 700 colleagues for an evening of games, prizes wins, and a vibrant atmosphere filled with laughter and joy.

The theme of this year is "Sports Go Go Goal!", saw colleagues creatively dressed in sport swear to compete for the "Best Dress Award". To honor colleagues their contributions, the company presented several awards, including the Long Service Award (recognizing loyalty), the Individual ESG Initiative Award (promoting sustainability), and the Safety, Health & Quality Competition Award (enhancing safety awareness). The event reached its peak during the grand lucky draw, led by Group Chairman Ben and the management team.

The dinner concluded on a high note, filled with laughter and camaraderie. But Baguio’s commitment to “For a Greener Tomorrow” never stops. We look forward to another year of collaboration with our colleagues to achieve even greater milestones  and build a greener future together!
