學歷及經驗要求

  • 中六或以上程度,具備2-3年文職工作經驗 
  • 熟練使用中文輸入法及微軟MS Excel,Word,Powerpoint 及Outlook等 
  • 具備良好中、英文書寫能力,良好人際關係溝通技巧 
  • 能獨立工作、主動及細心,擁有設施管理或租務經驗者優先 
  • 月薪$14,000至$15,000 ,視乎學歷及工作經驗而定

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small team to handle quotation and tenders inquiries, to prepare all quotations and tenders documents and activities; and to provide high quality and accurate submission 
  • Lead the collaboration and communication with stakeholders to optimize tender strategy. Manage tender opportunities from start through to completion and tracking results and analysis 
  • Handle project administration, contract management and provide administrative support to Superiors and the Operation team to cater operation needs 
  • Handle HR document submission in compliance with contract terms and conditions 
  • Liaise with stakeholders for insurance, surety bond and all contract documents in compliance with the services contract and agreement 
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, inquiries and complaints promptly 
  • Arrange meeting schedule, prepare meeting minutes, monthly reports, forecast report and analysis reports 
  • Carry out ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor 

 

Requirement:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration/Project Management/Horticulture or related disciplines with 3+ years supervisory experience 
  • Minimum 3 years of solid experience in handling quotations/tenders and project administration 
  • A good team player with good problem-solving, analytical, presentation and negotiation skills, able to drive a high team performance 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Chinese Word Processing 
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to deal with all levels of internal and external customers, vendors and stakeholders, and experience working in a sizable company is a plus 
  • Able to work under pressure, detail-minded, independent and multitasking to meet tight deadlines. Experience with projects management background is plus 
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Administration Officer

  2. Engage with different business units to gather requirements and pain points requiring innovative solutions
  3. Proactively implement new technologies/ innovative solutions across different units of the company into their daily operations
  • Hardware, IoT & Field Technology
  1. Hands-on evaluation and field testing of IoT system devices
  2. Identify compatibility requirements and practical deployment considerations for new devices and systems in real operational environments.
  3. Liaise with the Mainland China team to identify and source potential technology vendors and partners.
  • Feasibility, Pilots & Tender Support
  1. Plan and execute proof-of-concept (PoC) trials — designing test protocols, running tests on-site, and evaluating results against defined success criteria
  2. Provide technical input to support government and commercial tender submissions, including solution design, technical specifications, proposals, business cases, and tender documentation for senior management and external submission
  • Data Analysis & Reporting

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Environmental Science, Business (with a technology focus), or a related discipline
  • 4–6 years of relevant experience in innovation, project management, technology evaluation, or a related function
  • Comfortable working in operational and field environments
  • Experience with, or a strong demonstrable interest in, IoT devices, smart sensors, or physical technology deployment in real-world settings
  • Data analysis skills: proficiency in Excel and/or simple BI tools; ability to draw actionable insights from operational data
  • Willingness to travel regularly within Hong Kong (to operational sites) and make periodic visits to Mainland China for vendor sourcing and meetings
  • Strong analytical and research skills; able to assess technology feasibility and communicate findings clearly
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging stakeholders from senior management to frontline site staff
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Putonghua)
  • Experience working with Mainland China counterparts or vendors is an advantage

  • Explore new business opportunities, drive company business, cultivate innovative solutions and communicate closely with main contractors, consultants, and property/facility management offices
  • Manage tender bidding, costing, and pricing support, proposal preparation, attend the tender briefing and interviews, develop tender strategies with related parties, regularly review and analyze the result
  • Oversee arboricultural and landscaping projects plus horticulture maintenance, including budgeting and implementation with hands-on daily operations 
  • Prepare material submission, method statement, presentation, improvement plan, quotation, and other project/report submissions
  • Monitor contract management, project progress and site inspection, attend regular and ad hoc meetings with clients to ensure keeping up good quality of operations and services
  • Lead the work teams and subcontractors, drive improvement of performance efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Liaise with external and internal parties to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations as well as project requirements

Requirements

  • Degree holder in arboriculture, horticulture, forestry, botany, landscape management, biological science, environmental science, or equivalent disciplines
  • Minimum 4 years’ solid and hand-on experience in tendering, project and contract management in landscaping, horticultural and arboricultural fields, plus direct staff supervision
  • Possesses of Certified Arborist Certificate, Tree Risk Assessment Qualification, Tree Work Supervisor Registration, or other equivalent qualifications are an advantage
  • Business-oriented with effective negotiation skills, able to deal with the diversity of projects positively and work under pressure to meet tight schedules
  • Self-motivated, business-oriented with strong analytical, project and contract management skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, knowledge of computer graphics and technical design is preferred
  • Candidate with less experience and remarkable performance records will be considered as Senior Landscape Officer

Core Responsibilities:

  • Bid Analysis: Review Request for Proposal (RFP) or tender documents to understand technical specifications, scope of work, and delivery constraints
  • Proposal Development: Write, structure, and edit the technical volume of the bid, detailing proposed methodologies, work programs, and relevant operational arrangements
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with inter-departmental teams to define technical solutions and ensure accuracy
  • Compliance Check: Ensure all proposal elements strictly adhere to client specifications, regulatory standards, and company contracting procedures
  • Subcontractor Coordination: Source and evaluate technical in formation and quotes from external suppliers and subcontractors

 

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with AI utilization, Microsoft Offices (especially Excel and Word)
