As a company committed to sustainable development, Baguio organizes annual events to enhance colleagues' understanding of ESG. Following the "SDG Environment Day" held in July, we launched the second chapter—"SDG Inclusion Day"—to promote community care and social inclusion through a market and talks.

The event featured several social enterprises, including Deaf Cafeteria, Craving Good, Happeriod, and Joy Fusion. These partners showcased and sold a range of unique products—from wellness items and handicrafts to baked goods—attracting numerous employees to explore and purchase their favorite items.

In addition, three insightful seminars were held:

• Happeriod - “The Taboo Topic of 'Menstruation”
• Craving Good - "Can Shopping Help Others?"
• The Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui Welfare Council - "Breaking Biases - A Journey of Workplace Inclusion for People with Disabilities”

These sessions aimed to raise awareness about the needs of diverse social groups, dispel common misconceptions, and inspire greater empathy and action toward social inclusion.
