Baguio has achieved outstanding results once again at the UNSDG Achievement Awards 2026 organized by the Green Council, winning the "Organization Award – Bronze Award". This accolade recognizes the Group’s dedication and achievements in deeply integrating ESG into its core business, operational management, and service development.

Guided by the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Baguio has made significant progress across governance, environment, employees, operations, and community impact. Key recent milestones include:

• Enhanced Climate Governance: Established the Climate Committee  to integrate climate risks into enterprise risk management and completed our first climate scenario analysis alongside expanded Scope 3 emissions disclosures.
• Driving Low-Carbon Operations: Achieved a 43% reduction in carbon intensity and a 42% reduction in energy consumption intensity compared to the base year.
• Promoting Resource Recycling: Leveraged advanced recovery facilities to transform waste plastics and green waste into high-value resources such as food-grade rPET and biochar.
• Innovating ESG Solutions for Customers: Introduced Smart Toilet and Smart Rodent Control Management System, using data insights to improve environmental management efficiency.
• Advancing Green Supply Chain Management: Established a Green Product List of over 180 items and implemented supplier evaluations focused on transparency and compliance.
• Empowering Employees: Maintained a zero-workplace-fatality record while ensuring robust heat prevention training and measures for frontline staff.
• Green Education for Community: Participated in and organized 300+ environmental and outreach activities, contributing to social impact through volunteer services and ethical sourcing from social enterprises and NGOs.
