Project description:

• Provided a one-stop waste management solutions by setting up recycling stations, sorting stations and storage areas within the venues, ensuring cleanliness and order throughout event setup, operation, and dismantling phases, with all recyclables properly handled

• Offered comprehensive recycling support by placing recycling stations and bins at multiple locations, making it convenient for the public and booth operators to sort waste; supplied equipment including cages and recycling bags, covering materials such as paper, plastic bottles, metals, wooden pallets, foam, bamboo, wilted flowers, peach blossoms and food waste

• Promoted waste reduction at source via education by arranging food waste bins in catering zones, with on-site staff guiding proper waste sorting to effectively minimize contamination
• Manage end-to-end logistics, to transport various recyclables to Y·PARK, O·PARK Baguio's recycling facilities, and other government-designated facilities,  transforming waste into resources and supporting Hong Kong's circular economy

• Provided a detailed recycling data report upon the event's conclusion, quantifying the environmental achievements
