Project Description:

• Providing comprehensive and professional horticultural maintenance services. Daily work includes watering, fertilization, weeding, plant pruning, and plant disease & pest control, ensuring that plants remain in good condition throughout different seasons.
• Providing systematic tree management and maintenance services for the extensive campus, enhancing the overall landscape quality of the campus and visitor safety.
• Introducing suitable green solutions in response to the needs of the campus environment. At the Chinese garden pond on campus, Baguio Biochar is used to assist in filtering pond water, maintaining water quality and the health of aquatic plants.
• Collaborating with the University’s sustainability department to organize the “1 Person, 1 Flower” Summer Planting Workshop, allowing faculty and staff to participate in hands-on horticultural planting experience, strengthening awareness of greening and ecological conservation, and promoting green living.
• The project was awarded the “ISA Hong Kong Chapter – Tree Management Award 2026 (Non-Residential Project) Gold Award”, recognizing the Baguio team’s professional performance and contribution to urban tree management.
